Attorney Profile

We treat our clients as real people, who deserve our time, attention, and respect.

Claude C. Davis II, managing partner of CD Squared, LLC, is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida in 2002. He also received his Bachelors in Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia in 1999.

Upon returning to Atlanta after receiving his law degree he had the privilege of working as an intern for The Honorable M. Gino Brogdon at the Fulton County Superior Court, where he learned the importance of preparation and legal professionalism. Subsequently, Mr. Davis has worked several years at one of the preeminent Plaintiff's law firms in the Southeastern United States focusing on medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, tractor trailer collisions, wrongful death, probate, and business litigation. He credits these experiences with helping him gain the substantive knowledge and skills that enables him to consistently obtain outstanding results for clients.

His attention to detail, tireless preparation, determination and commitment to excellence enables him to outperform larger firms and attorneys with more years of experience. To paraphrase a quote of Mark Twain, “its not the size of the firm in the fight, it the size of the fight in the firm.”

Mr. Davis is also active in his community serving on the committee for the Atlanta Bar Association Summer Law Internship Program which provides summer law internships for high school students in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. In addition, Mr. Davis has been appointed by The Supreme Court of the State of Georgia as a Mentor for the State Bar of Georgia Transition Into Law Program, serving as a mentor for newly admitted members of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Davis also frequently serves on the scholarship review committee for the Gate City Bar Association and volunteers as a reading tutor for elementary school students at a local Atlanta Public School. He was also named to Atlanta Business Journal "40 On the Rise," in 2010.
